We have provided you a template that you need to send us if you wish to seek help on issues related to BC such as;
- Transaction issue
- BC not updating
Below is the template that you will need to send us via Support Ticket;
1. Your ID;
2. Receipt number;
3. Transaction date;
4. *Attach a copy of your receipt*
[Receipts can be found in your email once you have made a transaction]
