[Solution] "You must wait for 15 days before trying again"
When you experience this message, don't think you can't purchase the item! It is a bug that we are working on trying to fix with the developers.
Re-login to your account and try to buy the item again. At this point you should be able to successfully purchase the item(s) which can then be found in your inbox.
