[HELP] Payment/Gems Problems
With the new portal any issues concerned with Payments/Gems purchases need to be solved on our new Billing Customer Support System by Support Ticket or by Live Chat as you can see bellow:
1 - Go to our Portal https://blackshot.papayaplay.com/blackshot.do and click on the top on Charge;
2 - On the BSC Shop page select one the BSC Amounts to buy as you were going to make a new purchase;
3 - On the new windon click on the bottom on Contact us and Select Live Chat or Submit a ticket;
4 - If you select the Live Chat option, one of the Agents will help you to solve your problem within a maximum waiting period of 4 min. The Live Chat works 24/7 all year and supports 20 languages;
5 - If you choose to Submit a Ticket, you need to insert your account's ID, your contact email, the transaction ID of your BSC charge and a small description of the problem;
