Gifting Issue Resolved - Please Read

There's been an issue with the Gifting function in the Marketplace, which we're looking into. In the mean time, we've had to disable Gifting, but the devs have been informed, and I don't need to mention that issues with cash functions are top priority.

UPDATE: The Gifting function has been re-enabled for the Marketplace, and the developers report that the issue which sometimes resulted in unintended gift purchases has been fixed. However, right now this only applies to the ENGLISH client. The Russian and German clients may still be experiencing this issue. 

In any case, when purchasing gifts (or using the Marketplace at all), be careful and don't click the button multiple times, or else you may end up purchasing more than you intended.

Unfortunately, this puts us in an awkward position, regarding players who used NDC gift purchases as payment for trades.

If the excess item(s) have already been claimed (removed from Gift Box) and used by the recipient, we won't be able to offer a refund. Sorry.

If the excess items have been claimed, but haven't been used yet, we MAY be able to offer a refund. But we'll have to confirm with the other party that the extra items were unintentional. This will probably take us a while.

If the excess item(s) haven't been claimed (are still in the Gift Box), then we can probably refund you.

You can send us a support ticket if you aren't sure whether or not your accidental purchase qualifies for a refund, but we're not guaranteeing anything right now.

In any case, we know a lot of players deal in "CC" (in-game cash) for trades, but the only trades we're in a position to guarantee are those made through the player-to-player trade system. We can't verify any other form of trade, and if you choose to do so, it's at your own risk.
