[CR Recruitment] Join the Nine Dragons Papaya Play Team!

We are once again looking for experienced Nine Dragons players who are willing to take on the ultimate challenge – joining our team, as a representative of the Nine Dragons community.
At least one Community Representative (CR) position is available. All applications will be considered, provided they have a Papaya Play Nine Dragons account in good standing, and possess reasonable conversational English ability.
Community Representatives will be expected to:
· Give suggestions and feedback for sales and events on behalf of the player community.
· Provide information about player/community preferences, habits, and desires.
· Answer other questions we have about the game, and its players, community, and economy.
· Assist with support tickets and hack/exploit detection (pending an evaluation period, after which you will have limited access to our administration tools).
· Invest a minimum of ten hours per week into duties and training.
· Provide weekly reports documenting hours worked.
We’re especially interested in applicants who are willing and able to assist us with the following (which will count towards your required ten hours):
· Assist with translation of game text from Korean into English, German, and/or Russian.
· Assist with patch QA on our test server.
· Test, verify, and document game bugs and gameplay issues.
· Assist in planning and running in-game events.
· Write and update player guides for our official wiki.
· Help moderate our social media channels.
Community Representative is considered a volunteer position, but includes compensation in the form of NDC credited to your personal Nine Dragons account, with the amount based on performance and experience, and pending delivery of your weekly report.
Becoming a CR will allow access to certain privileged information about the game and our operation policies, and requires agreeing to an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
CR’s who consistently exceed our performance expectations for at least a few months may be eligible for a part-time paid GM position.

· A brief outline of your personal experience with Nine Dragons, including how long you’ve played, and your favourite activity(s) in the game.
· What you are hoping to work on and accomplish as a CR.
· Any experience you have from your personal and/or professional life which might be relevant.
· Anything else which might demonstrate your suitability for the position.
