1. Event Overview

  • Event Name: Clan Mark Event
  • Promotion Launch: The event announcement and promotional campaign will begin on August 5, 2026, through the official forum, Discord, and other official channels.
  • Registration Period: From the event announcement on August 5, 2026, until before the scheduled maintenance on August 12, 2026
  • Event Period: From after the scheduled maintenance on August 12, 2026, until before the scheduled maintenance on September 16, 2026
  • Objective: To recognize outstanding clans based on their members' activity and in-game engagement and provide them with an opportunity to receive a custom clan mark.

2. Event Registration

How to Register

  • The clan leader of each participating clan must submit an application by posting a comment on the event announcement in the official forum (click here).

Required Information

  • 1) Server
  • 2) Clan Name
  • 3) Clan Leader Name
  • 4) Names of All Clan Members Participating in the Event
  • Incomplete or inaccurate registration information may affect participation verification and ranking calculations.

3. Event and Ranking Calculation

Playtime Category

  • The eligible playtime of participating clan members will be combined for each clan, and rankings will be determined separately for each server.
  • Playtime recorded in Training Mode will not count toward the event rankings.

Cash Spending Category

  • The amount of Cash spent in the game by participating clan members during the event period will be combined for each clan, and rankings will be determined separately for each server.

Calculation Period and Criteria

  • All records will be calculated from the end of the scheduled maintenance on August 12 until immediately before the scheduled maintenance begins on September 16.
  • Only activity recorded while a participant is a member of the registered clan during the event period will count.
  • Records generated before joining or after leaving a clan will not count toward that clan's results.
  • The specific scope of eligible Cash spending and the treatment of canceled or refunded transactions will follow the internal payment calculation policy.

4. Selection and Duplicate Ranking Rules

  • For each server, the clans ranked 1st and 2nd in combined playtime and the clans ranked 1st and 2nd in combined Cash spending will be selected.
  • Each selected clan will receive an opportunity to obtain a custom clan mark.
  • If the same clan qualifies in both categories, it will receive only one custom clan mark opportunity.
  • The duplicate opportunity will be transferred to the next-highest-ranked clan in the applicable category.
  • If the clan places at different ranks in the two categories, it will be selected in the category where it achieved the higher rank. The opportunity in the lower-ranked category will then pass to the next-highest-ranked clan.
  • Example: If Clan A ranks 1st in playtime and 2nd in Cash spending, Clan A will be selected as the 1st-place playtime clan, and the 3rd-place clan in the Cash spending category will receive the transferred opportunity.
  • Detailed tie-breaking criteria will be finalized separately before the event announcement is published.

5. Clan Mark Production Guidelines

  • Selected clans must submit their desired clan mark image within the specified submission period.
  • Submitted images may be modified to meet the in-game specifications and production guidelines.
  • Images that may infringe copyrights, trademarks, or portrait rights, or that contain profanity, sexual content, hateful content, politically or religiously controversial material, or content that violates the Operation Policy may not be used.
  • Images that are excessively similar to an existing clan mark or may be mistaken for another clan may be rejected.
  • The production opportunity may be canceled if an acceptable revised image is not submitted within the specified period.

6. Results and Implementation

  • Final results will be announced separately after the event ends and all records have been reviewed.
  • Selected clans will receive separate instructions regarding the image submission method, submission deadline, and in-game implementation schedule.

7. Important Notes

  • If abnormal gameplay, boosting, record manipulation, or any violation of the Operation Policy is identified, the relevant records may be excluded or the clan may be disqualified.
  • The event schedule and details are subject to change depending on operational circumstances. Any changes will be announced through the official channels.
  • Any matters not specified in this event notice will be handled in accordance with the WarRock Operation Policy and the decisions of the WarRock Operations Team.
