Hey there! Apologies for this, our webshop sometimes fails to inject purchased items into users accounts. For this specific issue we require you to make a ticket so our LGMs can investigate your purchase history and insert any missing items into your mailbox. Please feel free to message me on Discord @HGMSeverance in the Official WarRock Discord and send me your ticket number so I can escalate the ticket to LGMs so we can amend this in a timely manner.
