I lost password for my main account. Two months ago I sent a ticket followed by other five tickets on this issue. I have not got any answer form Papaya Play. Can I get any response form Papaya?
I used password manager. System crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. All passwords had got lost. I did not remember the password because it was too complicated.

I cannot use the - forget password- because i lost email name and password for it for the main account.
