I know alot about the game, its bugs and mechanics, thats why i am mostly able to give an answer. And about threads like this one... HGMs would replay with the same answer so... why should we let this pool guy wait weeks until a HGM tells him to send ticket.

The forum is s place to give suggestions, ask questions or to just talk about the game (& of course for technical support like "my game is crashing, why?" - while Discord is the better & faster place for that) You wont get any support related to your acc here (Ban, Inventory / Items, Payment)
If you didnt recive any rewards while you didnt had a ban related to BR mode or never got caught afking... its a bug. Send a ticket, explain your situation. Copy the ticket number. PM an HGM like Kanna @ Discord to speed up your process. Thats all you can do 🤷♂️
