I quit this game.
I asked them to fix my Perm weapons. I have 18 of them. first started off with my 8th slot getting a timer. Came back now almost every single weapon has a timer. If they would fix what I spent my hard earned money on I would actually come back and play, This is insane. I get all the haters saying oh you purchased a 10 year - 5 year weapon. Nope when I purchased this weapon it said PERMMMM..... Are they ever gonna do anything about this or should I just quit checking this game, honestly getting nowhere is a bummer I use to play this every day for the longest time. spent thousands of dollars too.

its real shitty how we put into this game and just because it changed hands that most likely just wants us to re spend our money for a game we've all supported for 10 + years just to get shitted on like this. I won't play this game again till they fix it. If they don't fix it, I will boycott it and never again play.

I totally get it — you bought something, and then what you bought isn’t the same anymore. Back then, we already had problems with transferring data from GamersFirst to Nexon. Many players suddenly lost a lot of their items.
As staff, we had to deal with that, and there were really only two ways to handle it: either you helped the players and tried to make them happy, or you just kept giving the same answer over and over that the new publisher isn’t responsible, which only frustrated the players even more.
At Nexon and Papaya, they chose the latter. And the player numbers we see today are the result of how the players were treated back then.
The result is lost trust. And that means lost money. A bunch of swindlers ultimately deceived only themselves.
On one hand it’s lost trust, and on the other hand it’s just pure frustration. Because the problem would be so easy to fix. Instead of discussing it for months or even years and receiving hundreds of forum posts and tickets from the community, they could simply make the weapons permanent for all players who are affected by this issue.
It would cost the company a few euros and a few hours of work, and that’s it — the problem would be gone.
And the players would be happy and feel heard.
