Is the Anti Cheat System Working???

Just a quick question to you guys.
is the anti cheat system of warrock even working? I have noticed that there are players who are openly hacking. when i say openly means - they literally are below the map - killing, doing OPK etc..however they are not getting banned. Usually the system used to detect hacks and did not allow such players to login the next day as it use to ban them immediately but its not the same now.
There was a player who was hacking and i recorded him 2 weeks ago to see if he gets banned however he did not and he is still playing as we speak. so now the question is : Hackers will be banned only if someone reports them? or they get banned until next months Ban list is out and all genuine and honest players have to bear with them? and the worst part is even after reporting players for over a month they are still not banned. Usually the reply is within 2 to 3 business days - its been more than a month with no update on tickets..
I wonder where this is heading.. Please do something before its too late..

First of all, thank you so much for addressing the issue everyone has been asking about. This system vulnerability shouldn't be too difficult to fix.
It's not the cheating itself that's devastating, it's the officials' indifference to the game.
Over 90% of tournament rooms are filled with cheaters.
I think the cheaters' sisters are running this game.
The old system would have been great; this one is doomed to failure.

Thanks for your alertness and your contribution, we appreciate it. Hoping all the hackers are rid of this game soon. Instead of selling us insanely expensive weapon packages and skins this game should ban all hackers.
The game will either be fixed or fail soon. We can't enjoy it because of cheaters. Also, remove the "kick out" option. Cheaters start voting randomly, and the cheaters' supporters approve. It's a joke...
Nothing will be fixed
Soon the game will be shut down and will be relegated to the dusty shelves of gaming history...

Anti-cheat systems do work, but not in the way people seem to think. No anti-cheat in any game can detect every single cheat out there. There will always be new tricks and ways to get around the system, no matter how good it is. That’s just how it works.
So yes, there have always been cheaters in wr, and there always will be. That’s nothing new.
And about the tickets: the reason nobody replies is simply because the game barely has any staff left. There’s almost no one working on it anymore. So you can send tickets all day long, but don’t expect a fast answer. You’ll probably be waiting forever.
