Connection terminated from server

Hello,

I am experiencing a connection problem in WarRock for the past two days and I cannot play the game.

When I launch the game and log in to my account, everything works normally at first. However, after selecting the only available server for me (EU server) and trying to enter it, I immediately receive the message:

"Connection terminated from server".

This happens with all of my accounts, not just one specific account, so it does not seem to be an account-related issue.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps such as restarting my PC, checking my internet connection, and following common fixes, but the problem still persists.

Could you please check if there is any issue with my connection to the EU server or advise what I should do to resolve this problem?

    try to login on a different pc. with a new created account. if that works, try to login with your old accounts on that new pc if it works, guess its a bug, if you again get Disconnected, your have been banned on all of your accs / your pc has been hwid banned.

    try creating a new account and see if it still disconnects,

    if it does, you are HWID banned, if not, all your accounts got banned by the anticheat

    you can always create a ticket for more information
