How has the Latin Culture Quake cultural investment period doing?

    looks like rewards are same as from the past events

    only gripe i've heard is the mega price on the reset tickets . for every 20m u invest u need to reset , either by ticket or by talking to city official in a port not being invested in. each reset ticket cost 25m
