I can't seem to complete this scenario quest...I only have the red loki feather but I don't have the black one...where can I get the black one?...specific monster?...thanks in advance...

    hi, idk if it's too late to help you, but i would just like to provide my help for this; i recall from last time that the quest description in the quest window (Q) for these scenario quests usually provides all the necessary info to complete them, including the mobs that drop the items, so maybe check that if you haven't yet? otherwise i can't help in giving a direct answer since it's been forever since i did those scenario quests on any character, sorry! hope this helps :)
