"Your login information is incorrect" but I am pretty sure it is correct indeed
This morning i have signed up with two accounts from two different email addresses (usernames KingCrimson19 and KingCrimson20). I set up the first password for both. While I can login on the website and on the forums too, i cannot enter the game because when trying to log in, it says the login information is not correct. How should I proceed. Can you please help me?

Please note that in order to succesfully log-in you need to use your Papaya's USERNAME (in your case KingCrimson20) and not your e-mail.

So, I have tried also logging in using the usernames before (on both the accounts), but that does not seem to work either. Could you please tell me what else should I try? (idk if this helps, but i have Windows 10, and I launched the game via TClient).

Please try use "4Story.exe" instead of TClient. Also, if possible, share a screenshot of the error
