Banimento Global (Global Ban) erro, injustiça e falta de suporte a players.

Queria lhe pedir com carinho para verificar o meu problema, pois, está me fazendo desistir do blackshot. Atualmente são 3 contas banidas, seguindo as contas: xxjcjcxx_ (Major 1), _xxjcjcxx (Sargento major), NTC__JCc_MR (Master Sargento). Estou me decepcionando e desapontando com banimentos que são injustos e acontecem quando estou ausente do jogo. 

Venho por meio desse comunicado suplicar ajuda, pois não sei o que fazer para voltar a me divertir no Blackshot, sem esses problemas de banimento.

Queria que olhassem com atenção, pois, todos os banimentos geram a seguinte notificação "Associação a hacker", }

mas onde? quando ? e onde foi detectado ?
