Has anyone seen the Great Fortune Tellers in any of the major cities? I have searched Seville, Marseille and Amsterdam and have not laid eyes on one. Thank you for any help!

But really, are they there? Didn't notice em. Though I never use those shipwreck npcs, as I find it takes it takes away some of the fun and mystery. But I can totally understand why people are more inclined to during this salvaging event.
