XP should theoreticly be the best OEM for the Game. But i dont know if your CPU is enough for the Game. I got an 6700k and sometimes struggle with 16vs16 Matches (get FPS drops to like 60-70).
Ive windows 10 - which is very unoptimised for old games like WarRock. So you have to give it a try.

The bigger issue might be your old CPU. It could be that you get some FPS issues.
in the pc will be an i5 3470 that would be enough, right?

I5 3570 enough for warrock. You can play with integrated gpu too with 3570.
+ You need ram ddr3 2400mhz
