Woulda been roughly 2019, i dont think i changed anything name wise...
But i heard UWO got transferred to another owner and i was in Boot camp when it transferred, can I still recover my old account or nah?

the transfer from OGP to papaya happened in late 2017, so if you made the account after that date then then you can get it. You might have to go though recover account if you forgot your user/password but since it will be tied to your email it shouldn't be a problem. You can send a ticket to tech support as well for help.
If you made your account back on OGP, that was Gama server this is Maris. You can't transfer characters between servers so you'll have to start again but it doesn't take that long to rebuild. Papaya offers regular buffs and upto 3 accounts to rebuild quickly.
