How can we do a quick report for people hacking?

Seems like papaya can't do sh** about hackers unless we report, so whats the fastest way to report? Do a video and ticket everytime? Do GMs actually monitor any rooms? Kids literally aimbotting around like it's nothing. Only like 15 active rooms at peak times...can't be that hard to monitor.
