Account ban for Sharing/ Papaya please answer

I would like to share my disappointment with Papaya in this thread. I kindly request everyone who comments here to remain civil and avoid insulting anyone. I believe that Papaya does some things right, and I have always done my best to support this game and the company (don't ask how much money I've spent :D). Now, let me explain my issue: At the beginning of this year, my account was banned for account sharing, and I stopped playing the game, so I wasn't aware of the unban event. After more than a month with no response from Papaya, they sent me the following message:

Hi .....,


Thank you for contacting the WarRock Support Team.


As per our website announcement concluded, our ban amnesty period ended on May 10th 03:00:00 CEST. 

We will still consider your case, but we will be following the normal channels for suspension appeal, and we will consider your ticket in due time. 


You will be contacted once your case has been reviewed. 

Any further inquiries before this point will likely be dismissed.


Ban appeals are low priority issues, and we can offer no estimated time of response.


Thank you for your understanding.


If you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact us.

It has been over 150 days since I submitted my ticket. It has been 120 days since Papaya responded to my ticket. In the ticket, they promised me at least one response and that they would review my case. I'll say it again: 150 days have passed! Now, I wonder how Papaya could know that they want to reconsider my case as there is no pending Ticket and I doubt you have a notice somewhere that says check this guys acc again :D .

Now I don't want to accuse Papaya of any ill intentions. However, as a loyal customer, the only conclusion for me is that you never intended to review my case, let alone unban me. Why do I think that? First, as I mentioned, they closed the ticket right after their response. In the ticket, they emphasized that they could not provide a timeframe for when the ticket would be answered. This means it could take 30 days, 150 days, or most likely, it will never happen. As a company, they hide behind such deliberately vague statements. It is obvious that Papaya is trying to evade any responsibility. As players and customers WE deserve better than this.

I would like the few remaining players to be cautious be aware how and on what you are spending your money on.

To Papaya, I would like to say that it would have been kinder if you hadn't given me hope in the first place. I've been checking my email every day for 150 days, and it seems you never had any intention of reevaluating my case.

I hope as a company, you reconsider how you treat your customers and supporters, and I hope you make efforts to reconnect with your community. I wish you success in making this game popular again. Best wishes for that, Papaya.

  • Papaya employees are very insensitive, they like to do as they wish. Items we once bought indefinitely have become temporary, they cannot be repaired, and they are making fun of us. I hope you will solve your problem as soon as possible... Best regards..
