Cannot buy gems from Razer Gold

Hi Gm, this is my first time to topup the blackshot, i already pay at Razer and its complete. But when i to buy at Papaya, it say Daily Limit Exceed, i already choose Razel Gold and Razer Gold Pin but it still same Daily Limit Exceed. Hope can help it
