I'M BANNED, HELP ME.

I was banned a few months ago, unfortunately I was nervous about how many hackers were in the game and used a macro to help me, I know it was a mistake! But I apologize for that, I was very frustrated by the fact that the game has changed so much and that there are so many hackers in the matches, and I ended up doing this stupid thing. I tried to send a ticket asking them to get rid of me, promising that I would never use any kind of macro again, but the answer is always automatic. And I would like to humbly ask, if you guys on the Blackshot team couldn’t beat me up, I really like this game, and I have this account for 10 years, please excuse me, help me recover my account, I like it very much :(
