Q: Why is there a compensation event?
A: We know that some users were loyal till the end. This is why we want to run this compensation event and provide some refund.
Q: How come people get the compensation only if the level is 50 or higher?
A: This is to prevent the abusers on the first server from taking advantage of getting rewarded for the accounts with which they abused the game.
Q: Would I get double rewards if I have more character(s) on the account which reached the necessary level(s) for compensation?
A: No, this compensation is only for the max. level character on your account.
Q: What about the Bonus FSC? Will I get them compensated too?
A: No, the refund plan will only apply for the paid FSC, meaning that if you cancelled an order/charge, you will not be refunded.
