I cant get in my account in game

Since today when i log in in game there comes a empty report, which allows me to press "ok" or "cancel"

whatever i press than the game just crashs.

It is like that for both of my Accounts.

Would be very kind if anyone could help me quick.

    You got banned by EAC. Thats the Empty Box.

    Looks like you used some 3rd party software (Hacks, VPN, MacAdressChanger, VirtualMachine, Software for CPU overclocking etc) or cheated in some way.
