Fix this idiot glitch/bug or whatever u call it!

I have like 2.50% VE leech, but after i go afk for like 30-45m, i can't leech VE anymore. Even every hit i make 25k critical damage....Anyone got the same problem as me ? I need to relog/restart launcher to active the VE leech again, it's kinda annoying...!!!!

    It's been reported a couple of times. I honestly don't know how significant VE leech becomes at high gear levels, but a bug is a bug, and I'll confirm and report this as soon as I can.
