If you are experiencing the "Unable to find account. Please check ID" issue while trying to log-in, please be aware that in order to succesfully log-in you need to use your Papaya's USERNAME and not your e-mail.


There are other reasons why you could get this issue:

  • The same error message will pop up if your password is input incorrectly.
  • If you are correctly inserting both your Username and Password but still getting the error, you may need to reset your Papaya's account password


If you are still experiencing the issue after trying the above solustions, I'd suggest to submit a ticket.
