UWO Failed to start fix
in Bug Report
Had issue where if I didn't run UWO the second windows loaded I had to restart.
-fix right click UWO shortcut>properties>compatibility>check box run in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3>apply Run as admin and it fixed my issue.
