Connection terminated from server

when I try to log in, a message appears saying connection terminated from server and makes me disconnected.

Does an Empty Text box pop up once you are connected to a server ?
How long does it take till you get the DC ?
yes, a blank message appears and then disconnects showing me a message with written connection terminated from server.
I also wrote to the support but they didn't answer me
As i thought. The Empty Text box that apears at login / while you are connected means that you got banned by EAC.
All you can do is to go to the EasyAntiCheat Customer Service and write a Ticket. PapayaPlay cant do anything about it, its out of their control.
If you softwareoverclocked your system, changed files in your games folder, or used any cheats/ hacks / scripts in any game that uses EAC ans AntiCheatSystem - you got banned for it. If you didnt do anything: Do as written above.
But due to their "zero-tolerance policy" i dont think that you will get your acc back. They rarly unban someone.
If so: all you can do is to create a new acc and hope that EAC didnt hardware ban your System.
