Why this game will never die..

Maybe we are all an old players who still playing this game and investing our time and money in it because (from our view) this gem deserves everything for it since it shows how you can operate and choose freely what do you want to do in the game, it's an open big world
you can be adventurer, maritimer and trader.. that means if you're a little bored with any each of doing class you can switch to another class and start participating it without making a new character or anything else
There is also a phenomenon that we all facing in this game and especially the old players, no matter how much you try to run away from this game it keeps get you back to it, You can take a hiatus or some a break but you can never quit this game.
We've noticed a returning of excitement of the old maritimers returning slowly one by one and yesterday we've witnessed some good-drama on wc that made pushed maritimers to arm themselves to start a war between two companies.. as a maritimer I see that quite exciting imo .. I love PvP and that why I joined this game.
Last, we need to stop saying the game is dead because it will never be dead.

It already is dying, it literally is the same people that always play it. It will be dead when the gambling addicts stop gambling, and they will shut it down. I do agree though it does pull you back, I almost went back a few times till I talked to the gambling afflicts and their justification of this horrid god awful predatory pay 2 win system, snaps me right back to reality. Wish I could be delusional like you and play it again, but it’s just so obviously bad pay 2 win any one justifying it looks like a raging lunatic except to other addicts.
The people who play this game justify the horrid pay 2 win system like raging liquor heads justify blacking out and beating their dog.
Make no mistake though it will 100 percent die. It already has once, and they brought it back, knowing the gambling addicts would gamble all over again. No one even knows about this game and even if they did it would just be made fun of.
Not sure when the gambling addicts will stop their gambling, but they def will. I’m not sure how 10 gambling addicts, 90 free to play players, and like 15 people who spent like 40 dollars a month keep it going, but apparently they do some how. Must be this corporation cares little for big profit, or they are just trying to build their profile in the hopes that tencant or some others buys them out.
Toni I no longer play Uncharted Waters Online but you are the Stinky Pu I miss the most. xD
