The only weird thing that I found is that the internal video interview is identical to the external. I had a somewhat confusing time doing mine mostly because of how it was for external hiring. The question that trough me for the biggest loop was why I wanted to work for Best Buy, I almost said I already do and just ended the question there Crazy Lady at Best Buy Freaks Out Over the Return Policy.
