How to build Potosi

Hello all,

I have bring a Large Flush Deck Style Hull to Hamburg,

But i cant see Potosi when choosing Custom shipbuilding->Build ship

What should I do if i want to built one? Is there any item i didnt have?

    Have you invested in the port yet? Many recipes don't show until a certain amount is put into the city. Also make sure that port can make those ships to begin with.
