Try to use your first ingame Nickname (in case you nickchanged)
Most users (including myselfe) thought that the Nickname selection at the beginng of creating a WR Steam acc will be the Ingame Nickname while its actualy your Login ID. :)
If that doesnt work: You can use your Email Adress instead of your Login ID.
