hi just want to clarify that i cant even log in from the start. It is because it said that i enter either wrong id or wrong password. I already check it multiple times and all the details are correct. I dont know what else should i do. So, i need you guys help tq.

    First of all I apologise for the late reply. With that being said, the issue you are experiencing might be occurring due to use of special characters on your password.

    Please update your password for a new one without special characters (symbols) and if the problem persists, join us on our Discord here: https://discord.gg/nzkF99q and we will help you with this.
