Can sailor equipment be repaired?

Have Basic group tactics book, but durability has dropped to zero and the book is such a good book to have and would be a shame to have to dump it, VS +6 WR +1 AM +1 Cannon Battle cost +1 Ram Battle Cost +1 Mines Cost 1

Hope they are repairable

    The good thing about SE is that they're not destroyed when they hit zero. To repair them you'll need the SE repair tools. They come in different types, the lowest one repairing 5pts. Right now you can buy them in Atlantis for 5m each. You can also get them in Ganadnor for rewards. Apart from that you'll have to buy them from other players in merchant chat.

    BTW DON'T 'DUMP THAT BOOK! Even if you can't fix it right away, it's a HIGH value uwc item. Worse case you can still sell it even at zero dura and it'll still get a high value.
