why my account been banned just recently?

GM pls unbanned my account, i always being accused of using hack that actually never happen, even macro also i dont use, i get banned 2 time liao... fix this

    gm im innocent player im not using any illegal hack i promise you that gm im poor player but playing fair not like other gm plzz unbanned my account i will promise you that gm and i prove you im not using any illegal hack i love my account gm but banned easily for what reason gm ? plzz unbanned my account gm,😔😔😞
