Use of Exitlag

I asked a question about the exitlag program and the answer I got from the GM is that using VPN gives ban, so I ask again. The use of Exitlag gives ban????

    Se supone que no debe usarse mientras no cambie el ip debería ser legal por qué ayuda a bajar la latencia debería abrirse un foro con este tema
