Because these guys are toxic. Every bug / exploit / cheat the same IGNS are there ABUSING IT.
While the action of using the bike to jump UP into the sky is not a bug itself... What this and others players are doing now is using it to exploit the game-play by launching themselves across the map and landing on top of bases. This guy does not have the skills to walk into a base and capture it the way its intended. If my memory is correct he is a 0.6 kd player so its understandable why someone so bad would need to abuse this each and every game.
The GMs only need to update the rules to include this! Its simple really. Not a permanent ban! Three / Seven days at a time if caught capturing bases with the aid of jumping half way across the map with the bike
But he is connected with morty and the German cheat club so NO GM will take action. They will overlook this clear abuse in game by the account mentioned and wont take any action.
