College Skill Affects the Shipbuilding Proficiencies Got
Ahoy dear GMs,
Efficient Ship Construction, a college skill, cuts the Shipbuilding Proficiencies acquired through building ships by half. However, there is no statement about such effect in the skill instructions. Is that a kind of bug?
By the way, before I realized it, it has cost me a few Emergency Shipbuilding Requests. If it is confirmed to be a bug, I would be happy to get these ESBRs back :-P

Shipbuilding proficiency is currently based on how many days a ship takes to build. So when you cut those days in half, you also cut the proficiency in half.
