Mouse Flickering and FPS Stutters following Nvidia Graphics Card Update

if you experience the same issue, you can try to rollback to nvdia driver before December or before the cyberpunk 2077 driver release.

Use DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and remove your graphic driver completely in safe mode and restart install the driver then restart.

You should be good to go at least that is in my case
