Unable to craft...

Hello,

I am currently unable to craft, I have attempted both Casting and Handicrafts, however, the books show the skill rank in red, and the production buttons are disabled. Despite my having the correct ranks to participate.

Additionally, I have tried re-logging and rebooting my system.

I am on Windows 10, playing via the official launcher (Not Steam)

    Hi. Can you verify that those skills in question aren't in expired Skill Notes?
