Regarding compensations for Pet Hellhound Fossil and Secure Gemstone - Increased Chance on Equip (x4

We have confirmed the cases where players could not receive the compensations for Pet Hellhound Fossil and Secure Gemstone - Increased Chance on Equip (x4), and also could not receive the replaced items: Pet Hellhound Fossil and Purified Gemstone - Increased Chance on Equip (x4).
Through our confirmation, the reason why they were not received, is because the originally acquired items were saved in the premium storage which players can use to share items among different characters under one account.
Through our maintenance yesterday, we were aiming to send the replaced items and compensations to the characters with the wrong versions of the items, however, if they were saved in the premium storage, our system could not confirm which one specific character to send to. This is the cause of the situation where you have not received the replaced items and compensations.
We would like to ask you to please save the originally acquired item(s) in your normal inventory bags. Meanwhile, we will set up our system so that you will be able to receive the replaced items and compensations within the next 1 week.
Regarding the case of Secure Gemstone - Increased Chance on Equip (x4) being replaced to Purified Gemstone - Increased Chance on Equip (x4), there have been some concerns in the sense that they are not identical. Let us please check and make an announcement on this, everyone.
