this "blue Wall" you experience there could be either due to bad VRAM on your graphics card or corrupted game files.
First you should try to do a clean and fresh install of WarRock again.
Try to update Visual C++ Runtimes and DirectX9 too and if the error occurs still there will be a high chance that your graphics card is in his last whispers and should get replaced.

Maybe its because he is using his IntelHD GPU instead of an real GPU.
