Hi! i bought a premium package via online in web shop last january 1 around 1am but until now i still did not receive the package in-game. I already sent a ticket but still no repies.

-Hoping HGM's will read this.

    Join the Public WarRock Discord Server and PM an HGM with the Ticket Number & explain them your Problem. This could speed up the process.
