Band Attributes and Band Buff

Howdy strangers,

I'm interested in finding out more about how the band buffs work. More specifically how can I apply them as we play. We've increased our attributes quite a bit recently, but we can't see how do we apply them so they're active in game.

If anyone can help, I'd be eternally grateful.
