We can check the Ancient City Halicarnassus Theme was added below Giza, and if you hover your mouse over the Hali theme, you can also check the status of your Legacy theme like below.
In my case, I discovered 5 legacies of all 7, left 2 legacies.

Defeat One Fleet of the Two below. (AOS is very helpful!)

If you defeat Ottoman Privateers, you can deteriorate the relationship of Ottoman nation.

Plz order Bordeaux wine at Nothern France (including Paris), or German wine at the Nedtherlands

NO.7 Clue: Myth of the Amazons (craft)
Amazon Upstream(INLAND): Craft trading goods with your handicrafts skill R10 or higher.
When I crafted trading goods in land of Amazon Upstream(29th Dec. 2020) I could gain the legacy however, I've heard Korean/Japan players could obtain the same clue when they were crafting on Sea in Amazon River after some patches. So when you couldn't get the legacy in land of Amazon Upstream, plz do it again on Sea in Amazon River.
NO.8 Clue: Myth of Centaurus (Land Battle)
Anatolian Highlands(2nd field of Turkey North): Defeat Asado Gang Lv15, or Asado Lv24
NO. 9 Clue: Tale of the Giant Stone Statue of a Horse(Purchase)
Jambi: Buy a Stone Sculpture, but this port is far from Europe. T.T
I found that we could also obtain the same clue at Company Colony in JPN wiki, but I couldn't confirm this. If some of you can buy a Stone Sculpture at your company colony plz check this!!
NO. 10 Clue: Adventures of Historiai (Obtaining the Map)
Map: "Map of Ancient Ruins" (Archaeology 6R, Recognition 6R) from Alexandria Archives
Obtaining the map is enough! You don't have to discover it.

Get a Shipwreck route map(5 star or more) on the Eastern Mediterranean Sea and Pull it!
(Using 8 "Letters of Appreciation" can be very helpful to obtain the shipwreck map of East Mediterranean Sea)
● Letter of Appreciation from Seafarers
If you use 8 sheets of those items on East Mediterranean Sea, you can obtain a map of shipwreck with a high probability from other NPC fleets. You have to receive the map within 60 mins after using LOA. "Pulling a 5 star(or higher) Sunken ship" is the core clue to go into Center, Halicarnassus, and Only Center Legacy can give us 650 Sophia, so this clue is very important to accumulate Sophia Points!! (NOT 100% success of course!!)
Plz Be Sure!!
You can get a 5 star(or higher) shipwreck map from NPC fleets on the sea only if your salvage skill is high enough. In my case, I couldn't receive a map from NPC fleets since my salvage is 1R haha. (have to grind T.T) On the other hand, a friend of mine could obtain a 9 star map many times cause his skill is 10R (or higher).
When a player of a fleet can pull a sunken ship, all fleet members can obtain the clue!
NO.12 Clue: Pulley Gear (Conversation)
Plz talk to John Kay who stands inside of Manchester Factory, or Robert Boyle who is inside of London, Oxford
NO.13 Clue: Record of an Earthquake (Quest)
Plz do one quest of the two. Those seem to be Chain Quests.

If you have not visited Center yet, follow this route plz, you will gain the Center Legacy more easily!!
Pulling up Shipwreck (5 star or higher) is the core clue of this route. This clue can increase the probability of entering Center!
It takes about 30 mins. (In case you have already obtained 5 star shipwreck map.)

4. How to accumulate Sophia Points! (Halicarnassus Theme)
1) How to obtain the particular legacy which we want to get

The Terms of Assembling Clues!!
1) Made efforts to assemble 7 clues so that only One Clue will flicker clearly. (to raise the probability)
2) Assembled clues which we can gain easily. (some clues making us a lot of work were used only for obtaining the particular direction!!)
For example)
Crafting at the Amazon(too far from Europe)/Purchasing at Jambi(too far from Europe)/Pulling up 5 star SW(need many LOA) were excluded if it is possible.
3) Core Clue: We need to know the concept of "Core Clue" which can make us gain the particular Legacy. Some core clues can increase the probability to get the Legacy which we want.
For example)
If we add the same 6 clues to
Ancient Roman Cities: can increase the probability to gain 6 O'clock direction of Legacy.
Giant Stone Statue(purchase "Stone Sculpture" at Jambi): 2 O'clock.
Myth of Amazon(craft at Amazon Upstream): 12 O'clock.
IN CASE two clues blinks with the same speed/brightness: removed one clue so that the other clue can flicker more clearly!!

As I mentioned before, these combinations of the table can increase the probability, not 100 success rate!

*mark combination(light pink color): This combination flickered with equal speed/brightness(didn't show the particular direction). If you want to get all 7 Legacies with just one combination, plz follow this. (Easy obtainable clues! Follow the route of the map below plz.)

This thread will be helpful for those who have already found all legacies (Giza and Hali all) and considered the way of accumulating Sophia Points. As I mentioned before in Legacy Giza theme posting, there are two factors which we should take into account, sophia, and distance!
Plz check the tables of the two below which show Sophia points when we finish each Legacy. And compare Hali theme with Giza plz.
You can recognize Hali theme gives more points than Giza.
Besides, Giza Center route needs about one hour to gather 7 legacy clues, Halicarnassus Center just need about 30 mins. So many veteran sophia gatherers use Hali route rather than Giza. Of course, it needs high rank of salvage skill T.T
This table shows the combination of Hali center legacy. In case you failed to insert Shipwreck clue(No. 11 clue) to your combination, NO.10 and NO.15 clues can be your alternative plan.
And shall we also check the place we have to go when we fix each legacy? (in case you failed to gain Center legacy!) The directions of 2 or 4 O'clock are too far from Europe. Tbh, Lisbon is away from East Mediterranean sea too. So many Sophia gatherers(or Sophia hunters? lol) often give up discovering those Legacies when they got 2/4/6 directions. T.T

I manged to pull one of Further Research Quests T.T (was hard for me hehe)
When you want to pull the Further Research Quests, you have to consider several things. In case of this quest..
1) Discover "The Relief of Hanuman"

If you click OK icon, you can pull the quest of Further Research which I showed you at the top!
