[bug] Star Atlas Investigations don't make sense

Hello, I'm doing my first Star Atlas Investigation, the Ursa Minor. One of the first Entries or tasks is: "Discover Polaris", but I already have this star discovered. It does not make sense to "discover" it again. What's wrong?

    In this game you can repeat discoveries, this is why we can repeat quests. When you make a discovery for the first time, you get a 'discovery card' which you can only get once.
