Cannot login to Blackshot GLB

When I type my ID and password to login to Blackshot, it says the ID or Password don't match, but the login is correct and lets me login to papaya website. Can you please help me understand what I need to do to login to Blackshot? thank you

    Hi LStat,

    Can be because of use of special characters (symbols). Update your password for a new one with only letters and numbers and try to login in-game after.
