warrock is running stuck and not smooth!

I have two new laptops - and on both the game is stuck and not smooth!
The first computer -
AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS with Radeon 780M graphics 3.30 GHz

and the other - 
LOQ 15IRH8/15.6 inch/i7-13620H/16GB/512GB
SSD/RTX4050/DOS/Storm Grey/2.4Kg/1Y

Both have Windows 11 installed
What do we do?
