My Account Was Banned GM please help on it!!!

I never used any hacktool before event my kda and win/lose also not that high to be considered hacker. But why is my account banned for please unlift the ban.It stated as below :

Abnormal action has been detected.

Client will be terminated. : BE :Global Ban #4503d5
